RAID Mod Service

Made to order, by a dude with a sewing machine, the way it's supposed to be.

The RAID mod top is an absolute staple of American special forces attire, and a genuinely great option for a hard use shirt. Pick a package below, or tell us exactly what you want in the order notes. The example photos show some of what's possible, but not the limits.

Basic Mod ($50)
The "standard" modification. Chest pockets move to the shoulders and the bottom pockets come up to the chest, aligned vertically, with no other changes.

GWOT Mod ($60)
Everything in the Basic Mod, plus large loop fields on the shoulder pocket bodies, smaller loop fields on the flaps, and all pockets canted forward/inward.

Crye Style Mod ($75)
Everything in the Basic Mod, plus vertical loop strips on the shoulder pockets, buttons replaced with hook-and-loop, and pockets canted forward/inward.

Colors and angles: Hook-and-loop defaults to a color match to the garment. If you want a different color, or a different pocket angle, put it in the order notes.

Custom jobs and historical clones: Need something beyond the packages, like a zipper install, a combat shirt or t-shirt mod, or a bigger project? Email wdi@watchdogindustries.com with the details and we'll send you a quote. You pay once you've agreed to it, not before.

Want a specific historical variant reproduced? Tell us which one and send reference photos. I have an autistic level of interest in getting these right, so expect pocket spacing, loop placement, and angles matched down to the last detail.

How it works: Labor only. Send in your own BDU top, or add one of our surplus BDU tops to the same order and we'll modify that one. Put what you want in the order notes, or leave a contact method and we'll reach out.

Package lead time is 1 week after the top is in hand and the final layout is confirmed.
